Ursula Hulme MBE, a trained artist, realised many years ago the value of creative art to physically disabled people. Initially, she taught only a small number of individuals, but the demand gradually grew. This led, in 1978, to the founding of the charity CONQUEST ART
Our mission is to provide the opportunity for
adults with developmental disabilities to grow
to the best of their ability through the
arts and community integration.
Pyramid of Arts was established with the objectives of promoting any charitable purpose for the benefit of people with learning disabilities or which promotes the integration of people with learning disabilities into society as a whole.
