An organisation created by parents, for parents and their children. The Association was founded in 1965 by a small group of enthusiastic parents who each had a child with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus.

Surrey ASBAH is affiliated to national ASBAH and serves people living in the County of Surrey and the London Boroughs of Croydon, Hounslow, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton.
