The Employers' Forum on Disability is the world's leading employers' organisation focused on disability as it affects business. Funded and managed by over 400 members, we make it easier to recruit and retain disabled employees and to serve disabled customers. This site includes information about us, our publications, events, and information on the DDA.

We aim to help those people with nowhere else to turn to realise their potential. This is achieved by providing resources to individuals in order that they may become self sustaining and to contribute to society economically.

Our membership proves that disabled people can and do succeed in almost every profession. Today we number amongst our members, disabled people who are working, or who have worked, as professionals or at managerial level, in medicine, engineering, the law, the church, the Civil Service, politics, commerce, education, the sciences and the arts and health and social services - to name but a few.

Creating solutions with people with disabilities who wish to start their own business. Since its introduction in July 2001, Enham’s BUSINESS ABILITY programme has assisted in the development of over 800 enterprises, which today enjoy an estimated combined annual turnover of £15 million (July 2006)
